Ryan has a vast knowledge of Myology which has really helped me understand why it’s important to warm up in certain ways and what to focus on in training, as a result of this I’ve avoided previous reoccurring injuries and have not felt “overtrained” at any point meaning I can keep pushing myself forward quickly. Ryan always ensures I keep the correct form through the workouts and I’ve noticed a huge difference in strength in the short space of time I’ve been with him. Ryan has also taught me about the importance of diet and protein which is helping gain muscle mass quickly. Overall Ryan stands out because of his patience, conscientious and his ability to find what works for that individual!

Ryan is knowledgeable, kind, motivating, fun and pushes you as much as you need to be pushed all the while making you feel safe and comfortable. After every session I feel stronger, I have more energy and can move easier due to his focus on proper technique and mobility exercises. I cannot recommend him enough!!

Ryan is very personable and has deep knowledge of nutrition and anatomy. He knows what works and what doesn’t, and takes the time to understand you, what you are looking to achieve and over what period. He is patient, good at explaining each routine and showing me what to do, and is always happy to answer any questions - anytime. He has provided workout routines and nutrition advice for outside of the gym also. The sessions are structured and varied and he’s adapted sessions accordingly when I’ve had a minor strain. Ryan is enthusiastic, supportive and motivating and pushes me to do my best. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and since starting I haven’t looked back. In a short time I already feel improvement in my core and flexibility, and am feeling energised and stronger. Training with Ryan has been the best decision - I’d highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for support and guidance, at any point on their fitness journey.
